They will be joined by sideline reporter Dana Boyle, creating a trio of emerging talents for one of college football’s coveted time slots. This opportunity comes as the Friday night window sees less competition from other games, potentially increasing viewership and exposure for the broadcasters involved.

Monaco recently secured a multi-year contract extension with ESPN, reflecting the network’s confidence in his versatility and growing profile. Known for his ability to cover multiple sports, Monaco calls games for MLB, NHL, major tennis tournaments like Wimbledon and the U.S. Open, college baseball, and basketball, in addition to recent NBA Summer League coverage. Before this opportunity, he worked alongside analyst Kirk Morrison on ESPN broadcasts.

Jordan Rodgers is transitioning from his role on the SEC Network’s top team, where he worked with Tom Hart and Cole Cubelic. He will now join the ESPN/ABC Saturday studio crew and make regular appearances on popular ESPN shows such as Get Up and First Take during football season. Rodgers, who won a Sports Emmy last year for his analysis work, is also known outside of sports for his win on The Bachelor in 2016 and his marriage to JoJo Fletcher. He is the younger brother of NFL star Aaron Rodgers.

Dana Boyle, the sideline reporter, has experience covering ACC Network football, NFL Flag Football championships, and lacrosse leagues for ESPN networks.
