How We Use Your Information

Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, deliver educational content, save learning progress, enable community discussions, respond to support requests, send password reset emails, deliver push notifications you choose to receive, improve performance and reliability, detect fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics

Wend does not use a general-purpose advertising or analytics SDK to track users across apps or websites. Some educational videos are delivered using privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds. Google may collect limited information relating to video playback and interaction in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Wend does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion of your account or personal information, and opt out of non-essential communications.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
