The event, held from August 14-16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena, gave her the opportunity to engage directly with fans and discuss her latest project, the Netflix drama "Spooky in Love." Park expressed amazement at her global popularity, noting the presence of dedicated fan merchandise and a strong Western audience, underscoring her reach beyond South Korea.

A seasoned actress with a career spanning over 60 films and dramas, Park has been recognized for her versatility—taking on roles from a neurodivergent attorney in "Extraordinary Attorney Woo," which became Netflix’s most-watched title worldwide and received international award nominations, to a disguised king in "The King’s Affection." She explained how she selects her roles, generally opting for characters she feels she can manage with a relaxed mindset rather than perceiving projects as daunting challenges. However, "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" was a rare exception, initially a role she declined twice before taking it on due to encouragement from the trusted director and writer.

Regarding "Spooky in Love," Park shared that the production lasted about seven months, longer than anticipated for a 12-episode series, due to its many genre elements and complex scenes, including action and underwater sequences she often performed herself. The show’s mix of romance, comedy, and supernatural themes challenged her while helping her explore new facets of storytelling and character development. She described her character, chaebol heiress Cheon Yeo-ri, as someone who outwardly appears distant but is selflessly protective of others, and she took care to avoid typical stereotypes around wealthy heiresses in Korean dramas.

Park also enjoyed working alongside co-star Yang Se-jong, who brought a strong comedic energy to the show. She highlighted the balance between romance and comedy in the series, aiming especially to engage female viewers emotionally.
