Israeli-Dutch AI startup Wonderful has rapidly increased its valuation, reaching $5 billion after securing $550 million in a Series C funding round. This marks more than a twofold jump from its $2 billion valuation just six months ago. The round was again led by Insight Partners with participation from previous investors including Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners, alongside new investor Salesforce. Founded in early 2025, Wonderful has quickly grown by targeting non-English-speaking markets with custom AI-driven customer service solutions.

Initially recognized for its AI customer service agents, Wonderful has now pivoted to offering a more comprehensive platform called “Wonderful AI OS.” This platform integrates AI agents, workflows, and applications with enterprise data and existing systems, supporting any AI model while enabling clients to maintain control and ownership. The company’s approach includes deploying forward-deployed engineering teams onsite with customers to ensure smooth integration and rapid deployment, a strategy that has fueled its international expansion to over 35 countries.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, increase the ranks of its forward-deployed engineers, and meet rising global demand. CTO and co-founder Roey Lalazar emphasized the flexibility of Wonderful AI OS, allowing customers to adopt components selectively and integrate them with their technology stacks. This broad compatibility and client-focused implementation have been key to Wonderful’s appeal, especially as enterprises look for adaptable AI solutions.
