New talent also shapes the upcoming season’s intrigue, highlighted by APP tour standouts Will Howells, Sofia Sewing, and Casey Diamond joining the PPA. Howells and Sewing have already paired with strong partners, setting the stage for notable impacts in doubles and mixed tournaments. Meanwhile, teenage players like John Lucian Goins, Tama Shimabukuro, Kiora Kunimoto, and Cailyn Campbell, energized by recent Major League Pickleball (MLP) exposure, are expected to challenge the established pro ranks, signaling a generational shift underway in the sport's competitive hierarchy.
