GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm led by Ronald E. Blaylock, has successfully closed its largest fund to date with the raising of $865 million for Fund IV. Established in 2006, GenNx360 focuses on investing in lower-middle-market industrial and business services companies across sectors such as aerospace, defense, infrastructure services, automation, and food services. The firm manages around $3 billion in capital and targets founder- and management-led businesses for growth and long-term value creation.
Fund IV exceeded its initial goal of $600 million, attracting commitments from a diverse group of investors including pensions, asset managers, insurance companies, foundations, and family offices. Since its closing, Fund IV has already made five investments across its core sectors. This milestone round is supported by a mix of both existing and new limited partners, reflecting strong confidence in the firm’s track record, sector expertise, and disciplined investment strategy.
The fund has also marked a successful exit with Precision Aviation Group in May 2026, demonstrating GenNx360’s ability to realize significant returns. According to managing partner Monty Yort, their investment approach has yielded over $1.3 billion realized in the last year alone, and over $2 billion in the past two and a half years for their investors. This performance underlines the firm’s capability to effectively source, build, and exit companies in their target markets.
Blaylock emphasized gratitude to their longstanding partners and enthusiasm for new investors joining the GenNx360 platform. The firm remains committed to being thoughtful stewards of capital and strong collaborators with management teams. With Fund IV, GenNx360 Capital Partners aims to continue expanding its impact and momentum in key industrial services and technology sectors, building on nearly two decades of successful investing.
