Noise wants to help everyday people become paid content creators

Marketing platform Noise is targeting a shift in influencer marketing by enabling everyday people to earn money as paid content creators. Unlike traditional influencer campaigns that depend on high-profile stars, Noise invites anyone with a smartphone to join its app, regardless of follower count. The platform connects these users to brand campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, paying them based on the views their content generates instead of a fixed fee. This model allows brands to launch large-scale campaigns with thousands of creators simultaneously, removing logistical burdens like sourcing and payments.

Founded in 2025 by Diego Kafie, Stu Feldt, and Nic Weber after their experience with the mobile game Playbite, Noise has grown rapidly to over 1.5 million creators. Their top performers reportedly earn six figures annually. Brands—primarily mobile apps and startups on tighter budgets—use Noise to reach wider audiences more affordably than traditional influencer deals. A recent $5.5 million seed investment, led by Capital Midwest, M25, and Grishin Robotics, expanded Noise’s total funding to $7.2 million, enabling further product development and hiring.

Noise recently introduced an “Organic-to-Ads” program, which allows brands to turn creators’ organic videos into paid advertisements on platforms like Meta and TikTok. Creators still post their content normally but brands can amplify reach through paid ads behind the same content. CEO Diego Kafie emphasized that brands set the payment rates and creators can opt in or out freely. The platform focuses on turning novices into brand creators via training modules that unlock higher-paid opportunities as they gain experience and complete more campaigns.

Kafie explained that Noise’s vision came from their Playbite marketing efforts, where mobilizing everyday users to create social content propelled app installs cost-effectively. Noise democratizes content creation by lowering entry barriers and costs for brands, while giving millions a chance to make money online for the first time. As influencer marketing faces higher costs and complexity, Noise hopes to disrupt the market with a scalable, inclusive platform that benefits both brands and creators.
