UFC 333 is set to take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The event’s broadcast will be available on CBS and Paramount+, with the main card starting at 2:00 p.m. ET. This highly anticipated night features two championship bouts headlining the card: featherweight champ Alexander Volkanovski defending his title against the unbeaten No. 1 contender Movsar Evloev, and bantamweight champion Petr Yan facing off against former titleholder Merab Dvalishvili in a trilogy clash.

Alexander Volkanovski, a two-time UFC featherweight champion with a record of 28-4, is aiming to solidify his second title reign after regaining the belt in April 2025. He previously held the 145-pound title from December 2019 to February 2024, defending it five times before losing to Ilia Topuria. Volkanovski’s journey includes attempts to win the UFC lightweight belt, where he faced defeats against Islam Makhachev. Meanwhile, Movsar Evloev boasts an undefeated 20-0 record and has steadily climbed the featherweight ranks since his UFC debut in 2019. His notable wins include a recent unanimous decision over former bantamweight champ Aljamain Sterling.

In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Petr Yan, who is in his second title reign, looks to continue his dominance after regaining the belt by defeating Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 323. Yan has been a significant force in the UFC since winning the vacant bantamweight championship in July 2020. He has overcome setbacks, including a controversial loss to Aljamain Sterling and a split decision defeat, to reassert himself at the top of the division. His opponent, Merab Dvalishvili, has been a consistent thorn in the division’s side with a 21-5 record. Known for his relentless pace, Dvalishvili hopes to reclaim the title in what promises to be a thrilling trilogy.
