Meanwhile, Uber continues to focus on expanding its ride-hailing and delivery business globally, recently announcing a $14.8 billion deal to acquire Germany’s Delivery Hero. This acquisition would nearly double Uber's delivery footprint across diverse markets including Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
