Kane Parsons’ horror film "Backrooms," a major summer success, is poised for a 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray release in late August. The film, produced on a modest $10 million budget, has grossed an impressive $384.4 million worldwide. The physical release from A24 will excite fans by including the previously unavailable 16-minute "Everything Must Go" extended footage, which had been shown during a special theatrical run but was missing from the initial premium video on demand version.

"Backrooms" stars Chiwetel Ejiofor as Clark, a furniture store owner who becomes trapped in a surreal, interdimensional maze beneath his store. Renate Reinsve co-stars as Mary, Clark’s therapist who ventures into this unsettling environment to rescue him.
