Among other top earners, Wyndham Clark, the U.S. Open winner, made $4.75 million, while Scottie Scheffler and Sam Burns—despite not winning majors this year—each earned over $4 million thanks to their second-place finishes at the Masters and U.S. Open respectively. Aaron Rai and Ryan Fox, who claimed the PGA Championship and Open Championship, ranked slightly lower in prize money. Cameron Young also surpassed $3 million from major events, bolstered by a strong showing across several tournaments, although his total excludes the $4.5 million he earned for winning the Players Championship.

In the overall 2026 PGA Tour prize money rankings, Scottie Scheffler leads with $15.95 million, followed by Cameron Young at $13.95 million and Matt Fitzpatrick at $13.75 million. Wyndham Clark and Colin Morikawa round out the top five. McIlroy, despite his major success, stands in sixth place for total earnings this year, having played fewer events.
