Finally, Green Bay faces the NFL’s third-toughest schedule in 2026, including multiple games against high-caliber playoff teams like the Rams, New England, Buffalo, and regional rivals Chicago and Detroit. LaFleur’s career record has slipped from a dazzling 41-13 in his first three years to a middling 38-33-1 since, raising questions about his leadership and whether he can reverse the team’s downward spiral. Given their roster deficits, injury woes, brutal schedule, and coaching doubts, the Packers appear destined to fall short of the playoffs once again in 2026.
