Lamborghini has introduced the Revuelto SV, a limited-edition hybrid supercar that marks the most powerful production vehicle ever produced by the Italian automaker. This latest addition to Lamborghini’s iconic “SV” series draws on 55 years of performance heritage, combining lightweight design with enhanced aerodynamics and significantly heightened power. Production will be strictly limited to 1,963 units, with prices starting at $741,172.

The Revuelto SV pairs a naturally aspirated V12 engine with three electric motors, generating over 1,050 horsepower. This powertrain enables the supercar to accelerate from zero to 100 kilometers per hour (62 mph) in a mere 2.4 seconds. According to Alessandro Farmeschi, Lamborghini’s product line director, the hybrid technology not only boosts performance but also increases the adrenaline and excitement of driving a Lamborghini, delivering a race-oriented experience without sacrificing enjoyment or fun.

Aerodynamic improvements are a key feature of the Revuelto SV, including sharper design angles, bold fins, wings, and air intakes designed to manage airflow and increase downforce. The car also boasts a specially tuned suspension system, carbon-ceramic brakes, and a new Pilota Mode that unlocks a fully customizable driving setup tailored for track use. The cockpit interior echoes motorsport influences with bespoke sport seats featuring carbon fiber structures or optional monocoque race seats aimed for authentic racing sensations.

Limited Lamborghini editions like the Revuelto SV often attract intense demand and high values in the collector market, frequently selling out even before their official announcement. Farmeschi emphasized that owning a Lamborghini is as much about the driving experience as it is about the brand's lasting value, with the distinctive V12 engine sound continuing to play a central role in the company's identity.
