Circular has announced its new smart ring lineup, the Ring 3 series, which includes two models: the Pro and the Slim. Both versions are equipped with NFC chips that enable contactless payments and feature on-finger vibration alerts for notifications such as alarms, reminders, and guided breathing exercises. The Ring 3 Pro boasts a slimmer design compared to its predecessor, along with an FDA-cleared ECG for detecting atrial fibrillation, blood pressure and glucose tracking, advanced sleep analysis, and other detailed biometric monitoring capabilities. Its battery life has been extended to up to 12 days, an improvement over the previous model's seven-day endurance.

The Slim variant offers a more lightweight and compact option, targeting users who want essential health and wellness tracking without the full range of Pro features. It tracks sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), skin temperature, and daily activity, while maintaining up to 10 days of battery life. Circular’s CEO Amaury Kosman highlighted the company’s recognition that not all customers desire every advanced health feature, so the Slim provides a stylish and simpler experience with core wellness insights and contactless payment convenience.

Both Ring 3 models are constructed from titanium steel, are water-resistant up to 50 meters, and support wireless charging. Available in sizes 6 to 14, they come in a variety of finishes, including gold, rose gold, silver, and black, continuing the aesthetics seen in the previous generation. The on-finger vibration alerts represent a novel way for users to receive discrete health alerts and reminders, enhancing the wearable’s functionality for everyday use.

Circular’s Ring 3 series arrives amid increased competition in the smart ring market, following recent launches like the Oura Ring 5 and RingConn Gen 3. Pricing and preorder details are expected to be shared soon, with the official availability scheduled for early 2027. This launch underscores Circular’s intent to appeal to both tech-savvy users seeking extensive biometric data and those preferring a minimalist yet fashionable wellness accessory.
