AEW’s Full Gear 2026 pay-per-view is scheduled for November 14 at the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and is shaping up to be one of the promotion’s marquee events of the year. The main attraction will feature Will Ospreay defending the AEW World Championship against longtime rival Kyle Fletcher in a rematch of their 2024 Full Gear encounter, which was won by Fletcher. Both wrestlers have elevated their careers since then, promising a highly anticipated headlining bout.
The AEW World Tag Team Championship will be contested between reigning champions The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) and challengers Mark Davis and Jake Doyle. Davis and Doyle secured their title shot by decisively defeating The Young Bucks in a recent eliminator match, raising expectations for a competitive and possibly swift rematch. In the women’s division, Wrathlander, the newly formed team of Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander, will challenge The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor) for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship.
Another key contest on the card is the AEW World Trios Championship match. Champions Adam Page, Bandido, and Brody King will defend their titles against Swerve Strickland alongside Austin Creed and Kofi. Although currently booked as a standard match, there is strong speculation that it could become a Texas Death Match after Strickland has pushed for this brutal stipulation, especially following a recent on-screen attack on Bandido by Strickland. The stipulation decision is still pending.
In addition to the confirmed bouts, legendary wrestler Jon Moxley has issued a challenge to The Cut for an “Anarchy in the Arena” match, a chaotic and fan-favorite match type within AEW, though this match has not yet been officially added to the Full Gear card. As the event approaches, fans can expect further announcements and potentially more high-stakes matches to be unveiled.
